What we collect
We collect only what you give us when you ask for a demo or ask Ovi a question, and what our web server records about each visit:
- When you write to our sales team: your email address and whatever your message contains, such as your name, your company, its country and size, and what you would like to see.
- For every visit: the address your request came from, the time, the page asked for, the page you came from, and what your browser reports about itself, in the web server's logs.
- When you ask Ovi, the chat on this site: your questions, which are sent to Anthropic, the provider of the AI, to write Ovi's answers. We keep no copy of the conversation, and Anthropic's commercial terms do not let it train its models on them.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, to arrange the demo you asked for, and, if your company becomes our customer, to set up its workspace. We do not use them for marketing, and we send no newsletters. We use the web server's logs to keep the website running and secure.
Review needed: the legal basis for each use goes here.
Who receives it
Your messages are read only by the Prosigns staff who handle demo requests.
Review needed: the website's hosting provider, the provider of the sales mailbox, whether Cloudflare also carries the site's traffic, and any transfer of data between countries go here.
How long we keep it
Review needed: how long a request that became a customer is kept, how long emails to the sales address are kept, and how long the web server keeps its logs go here.
